Arm Lift

This patient was unhappy with the excess, sagging skin of her upper arms. She underwent an arm lift (brachioplasty) by Dr. Geiger to remove this extra tissue. Dr. Geiger combines liposuction and skin excision to greatly improve the contour of her arms with the scar well hidden along the bottom so it is not easily seen from the front or back! Here she is looking amazing with her new arm shape after 2.2 liters of liposuction removed from the right arm, 1.9 liters of liposuction removed from the left arm, and an additional pound of skin removed! An upper back lift was also performed at the same time to help tighten and contour the loose tissue along the bra line.
