Breast Lift with Augmentation

This patient had prior submuscular saline implant augmentation approximately 10 years ago. She has developed some sagging to her breasts and would like to exchange to silicone implants. She underwent a circumvertical (lollipop incision) breast lift to reshape and elevate the breast while concurrently upsizing her implants to highly cohesive (gummy bear), smooth round silicone implants. She is seen here 6 weeks postop with significantly improved upper pole fullness and cleavage. The scars and pink color will fade significantly as they mature over the next 6-12 months.
