This patient lost ~ 85 pounds after gastric sleeve procedure. She was unhappy with her residual abdominal laxity, overhang, and pregnant appearance. Dr. Geiger performed an extended tummy tuck and corrected her massive diastasis (widening of the rectus muscles) to help tighten things back up.
